Answer: D
The Vidyapeeth is in Bhopal.
The Pandit Kunjilal Dubey Rashtriya Sansadiya Vidyapeeth was set up by the Madhya Pradesh government in Bhopal to study parliamentary and legislative practice and to train legislators and officials. It is named after Kunjilal Dubey, the first Speaker of the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly after the 1956 reorganisation.
It is a state institution, not a body in New Delhi, and Jabalpur and Jaipur have no link with it.
Kunjilal Dubey held the office of Speaker from 1956 to 1967.
