In which district of Madhya Pradesh is the Hindola palace situated?
Answer: C
The Hindola Mahal is in Dhar district.
The Hindola Mahal, the 'swinging palace' named for its sloping side walls, is one of the main monuments of Mandu, the old capital of the Malwa sultans, which lies in Dhar district. It was built in the fifteenth century, probably as an audience hall.
Ujjain, Vidisha and Gwalior have their own monuments, but Mandu and the Hindola Mahal are in Dhar.
