Which of the following fort is located on the banks of river Parvan close to Baran city ?
Answer: C
It is the Shergarh Fort.
Shergarh Fort stands on a hill beside the Parvan (Parban) river in Baran district. Originally known as Koshvardhan, it was renamed after Sher Shah Suri took it in the sixteenth century.
Taragarh is the hill fort of Ajmer (and also of Bundi), Lohagarh is the mud-walled fort of Bharatpur, and the Chitra Mahal is the painted gallery in Bundi's palace complex, not a fort near Baran.
