Answer: A
It is called a segue.
A segue (pronounced 'segway') is a smooth transition from one sound, piece of music or segment to the next without a break, as when a radio presenter moves straight from one song into another.
A fade gradually raises or lowers the volume, harmonics are the overtones of a musical note, and hiss is unwanted high-frequency noise in a recording. None is a continuous cut from one sound to another.
