The state diagram for a JKFF consists of :
Answer: B
The state diagram of a JK flip-flop has two states.
A flip-flop stores one bit, so it has exactly two states, Q = 0 and Q = 1. The JK inputs only determine the transitions: J = 1 moves it from 0 to 1, K = 1 from 1 to 0, J = K = 1 toggles, and J = K = 0 holds.
Four is the number of input combinations of J and K, not the number of states; one or three states do not correspond to a one-bit memory.
