If lines of actions of forces in a system of force meet at a point then these forces are called :
Answer: A
These are concurrent forces.
Forces whose lines of action all pass through one point are concurrent. Their resultant also passes through that point, and the system is in equilibrium when the vector sum of the forces is zero, with no moment condition needed.
Parallel forces have lines of action that never meet. Non-concurrent forces have lines of action that do not pass through one common point. The resultant is the single force that replaces a system, not a type of system.
