The one that is not a date rape drug is nicotine.
Drugs used in drug-facilitated sexual assault are central nervous system depressants that act quickly, sedate the victim and cause amnesia, and are easy to slip into a drink. The classic examples are GHB (gamma-hydroxybutyrate), ketamine, a dissociative anaesthetic, and flunitrazepam (Rohypnol), a potent benzodiazepine.
Nicotine is a stimulant and does not produce sedation or amnesia, so it is not used as a date rape drug.
