The Presidential system is a form of Government in which :
Answer: C
In a presidential system total executive responsibility is assigned to the President as an individual.
In a presidential system, as in the United States, the President is both head of state and head of government, holds the executive power personally, appoints secretaries who are responsible to him, and is not removable by a vote of no confidence. The executive is separate from the legislature.
Collective ministerial responsibility to the legislature and a merely constitutional head of state are features of the parliamentary system, as in India. Indirect election is not a defining feature; the US President, for instance, is chosen through an electoral college, but other presidential systems elect the president directly.
