Identify the indicators which is usually not used for measuring women's empowerment :
Answer: D
Housing policy is not an indicator used for measuring women's empowerment. Policy is something done by government and is not a measure of the position of women themselves.
Land ownership, education and working status are indicators of the access women have to resources, knowledge and income, and are the usual measures, so they are not the answer.
