Section 30 of The Arms Act, 1959 deals with
Answer: B
Section 30 deals with punishment for contravention of licence or rule.
It punishes anyone who contravenes a condition of a licence or a provision of the Act or its rules for which no other punishment is provided, with imprisonment up to six months, or fine up to two thousand rupees, or both. It is the residuary penal provision of the Act.
Punishment for using arms is in Section 27, and the power to restrict transport of arms is a separate provision, so options A and C are wrong.
