The Blue Dot Network was led by the US, Japan and Australia.
Announced in November 2019 by the United States, Japan and Australia, the Blue Dot Network is a certification framework for quality infrastructure projects that meet standards of transparency, sustainability and financial soundness, seen as an alternative to China's Belt and Road Initiative.
India and the UK were not its founding leads, and China is the country whose infrastructure model it was meant to counter.
