The one not related to trade is the NPT.
The Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (1968) is an arms control treaty that aims to prevent the spread of nuclear weapons, promote disarmament and allow peaceful nuclear energy.
The others are trade arrangements. SAPTA is the SAARC Preferential Trading Arrangement (1993). TRIPS is the WTO Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights. The WTO, the World Trade Organization, set up in 1995, governs international trade rules.
