Which of the following personality has been awarded with Bharat Ratna and later award being withdrawn ?

Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose.
The award was announced posthumously in 1992, but a writ petition questioned the presumption of his death and the Supreme Court's proceedings led the government to withdraw it. He remains the only person whose Bharat Ratna has been rescinded.
