Who among the following received the Bharat Ratna award before becoming the President of India?

The answer is Dr. Zakir Hussian (Zakir Husain).
Zakir Husain received the Bharat Ratna in 1963 and became President of India in 1967, so he was honoured before taking office.
Dr. Rajendra Prasad received the award in 1962, after serving as President from 1950. V. V. Giri received it in 1975, after his term as President ended. R. Venkataraman has not been awarded the Bharat Ratna.
