JotSpot was used to create a wiki.
JotSpot, founded in 2004 by Joe Kraus and Graham Spencer, was a hosted application wiki: groups could create and edit shared pages and add structured applications such as calendars and project trackers. Google bought it in 2006 and rebuilt it as Google Sites.
It was not a blogging service like Blogger or WordPress, not a feed format like RSS, and not a social network like Facebook.
