Which among the following ancient authors has complained of the drain of gold to India (due to trade hegemony of ancient India)?

It was Pliny.
Pliny the Elder complained in his Natural History that India, China and Arabia drained the empire of a hundred million sesterces a year, and called India the sink of the world's gold. Roman coin hoards found across south India bear him out.
