In Rajasthan, Anta power project is based on which source?
Answer: C
The Anta power project is based on Gas.
The Anta gas power station of NTPC, in Baran district, is a combined-cycle plant that runs on natural gas supplied through the HBJ pipeline.
Rajasthan's coal-based plants include Kota and Suratgarh thermal stations, its atomic power station is at Rawatbhata, and its hydro power comes mainly from the Chambal dams. Anta is none of these.
