How many Mandalas Rig Veda contains ?

It contains ten mandalas.
The ten books hold 1,028 hymns and some 10,600 verses. Books two to seven are the family books and the oldest; the first and tenth are the latest, and the tenth contains the Purusha Sukta and the Nasadiya hymn of creation.
