Who of the following Prime Ministers sent Cripps Mission to India ?

It was Winston Churchill.
Stafford Cripps came to India in March 1942 with an offer of dominion status after the war and the right of provinces to stay out of the union. Gandhi called it a post-dated cheque, and the Congress rejected it.
