Who is writer of Nuh-Siphir ?

It is by Amir Khusrau.
Nuh Sipihr, the nine skies, was written in 1318 in Alauddin's son Mubarak Shah's reign. Its third sphere praises India - its climate, its learning, its languages and its music - as the finest land on earth.
