Who is the author of Ruqaat-i-Alamgiri?

It is by Aurangzeb.
Ruqaat-i-Alamgiri is a collection of his own letters to his sons and officers, gathered after his death. They are terse and show his temper and his method of governing more directly than any court chronicle.
