Which Article of the Indian Constitution provides for the Right to Constitutional Remedies ?
Answer: B
Correct answer: Article 32
Article 32 lets a citizen move the Supreme Court directly for the enforcement of fundamental rights, and Ambedkar called it the heart and soul of the Constitution. Article 226 gives the High Courts a wider but non-fundamental writ jurisdiction.
