Which of the following features of the Constitution of India is/are justiciable?
Answer: C
The justiciable feature is the Fundamental Rights.
Fundamental Rights (Part III) are enforceable by the courts: Article 32 lets a person move the Supreme Court directly, and Article 226 the High Courts, for their enforcement.
The Directive Principles of State Policy (Part IV) are expressly non-justiciable under Article 37, though fundamental to governance. The Fundamental Duties (Article 51A) are likewise not directly enforceable in court. So 'All of these' is wrong.
