Children with individual differences should be taught in a school having teachers

They should be taught by teachers trained to use different pedagogy to meet their diverse learning needs.
Individual differences in ability, pace, interest and learning style are found in every class. Inclusive practice keeps all children together and asks the teacher to vary methods, materials and tasks (differentiated instruction) so that each can learn.
Separating children into sections by their differences is segregation. Training teachers only for specific differences narrows the approach, and trying to make children homogeneous denies the differences instead of responding to them.
