Answer: C
The National Knowledge Network is to be implemented by the National Informatics Centre, here printed as National Information Centre, so the answer is C.
The network was proposed by the National Knowledge Commission and is a high-bandwidth backbone that links universities, libraries, research laboratories and other institutions. The National Informatics Centre of the Government of India builds and runs it.
The National Knowledge Commission (A) proposed it, but did not implement it. The Information and Library Network (B) is the INFLIBNET Centre, and the Department of Information Technology (D) is the parent department, not the implementing agency in the key.
