The keyed order of establishment is DESIDOC, NASSDOC, NIC and NISCAIR, option D, (ii), (iv), (i), (iii). The Defence Scientific Information and Documentation Centre and the Social Science Documentation Centre both date from around 1970, the National Informatics Centre from 1976, and NISCAIR was formed in 2002 by merging NISCOM and INSDOC.
NISCAIR is clearly the newest of the four, so any option placing it before the others is wrong, and this eliminates options A and C. Option B puts NISCAIR first, and so is wrong. The order of DESIDOC and NASSDOC in the key follows the official source.
