Intute was (i) a free online service, (ii) a source of the best web resources for education and (iv) an internet guide.
Intute was a UK service, funded by JISC and run by a consortium of universities, that offered a free database of web resources selected and described by subject specialists for education and research. It was the successor to the Resource Discovery Network and was closed in 2011.
It was not a commercial service, so codes including (iii) are wrong, and option D wrongly calls the true features false.
