Which device uses digital reference value ?
Answer: A
The key's answer is the Comparator.
A digital comparator compares an input value with a reference value held in digital form and reports whether the input is equal to, greater than or less than it. Its whole function depends on that digital reference.
Tracking hardware and a stylus are input devices that report positions; they do not work by comparison with a reference value. Since a comparator does, 'None of the above' is wrong.
