The one that is not an output device is the microphone.
A microphone converts sound into an electrical signal that the computer records, so it sends data into the computer: it is an input device.
The others take data out of the computer in a form people can use. A plotter draws large graphics on paper, headphones produce sound, and a projector displays the screen image on a wall or screen.
