The one that is not a printer is the scanner.
A scanner is an input device: it reads a document or image and converts it into digital form for the computer. A printer is an output device that does the reverse, putting data from the computer on paper.
Inkjet printers spray tiny droplets of ink, laser printers use a laser and toner powder, and dot matrix printers strike an inked ribbon with a grid of pins. All three are types of printer.
