At which place bilateral talks between US President Donald Trump and North Korea Leader Kim Jong Un was held on 27th February, 2019 ?
Answer: C
The talks of 27 February 2019 were held in Hanoi.
Donald Trump and Kim Jong Un met for their second summit in Hanoi, Vietnam, on 27-28 February 2019. It ended early without an agreement on North Korea's nuclear programme or sanctions relief.
Their first summit had been held in Singapore in June 2018, which is the trap in option D. Tokyo and Busan did not host either summit.
