Greta Thunberg, a Swedish teen working on a movement against climate change, was in the news in mid of 2019, because of which of the following reasons ?
Answer: A
She was in the news because she won the Right Livelihood Award.
In September 2019 Greta Thunberg was named one of the winners of the Right Livelihood Award, often called the alternative Nobel Prize, for inspiring and amplifying political demands for urgent climate action.
The Nobel Peace Prize 2019 went to Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed, and she did not win the Ramon Magsaysay Award, so the other options are wrong.
