Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR) is an agency of which nation ?
Answer: A
SIGAR is an agency of the USA.
The Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction was created by the United States Congress in 2008 to provide independent oversight of US funds spent on reconstruction in Afghanistan. It audits and investigates those programmes and reports to Congress and the US Secretaries of State and Defense.
India, Pakistan and Russia had their own interests in Afghanistan, but SIGAR is a US government oversight body that audits American spending, not an agency of any of them.
