The information in the above table is to be represented diagrammatically using Pie diagram. What will be the angle of the sector representing item labour ?
Answer: C
The labour sector has an angle of 90°.
In a pie diagram the whole, 100 per cent, is the full circle of 360°, so each per cent is 3.6°.
\[ 25 \times 3.6^{\circ} = 90^{\circ} \]
25° copies the percentage without converting it, and 30° and 50° do not correspond to 25 per cent of the circle.
