H. D. Sankalia wrote Pre and Protohistory in India and Pakistan in 1962, and a revised edition, Pre and Protohistory of India and Pakistan, came in 1974. Prehistory of India followed in 1977, and his autobiography Born for Archaeology was published in 1979.
The other options put the autobiography earlier, or the 1977 book before the 1974 revision, which does not fit the dates of publication.
