The incorrect statement is that pharmacokinetics describes the chemical composition and formulations of drugs.
Pharmacokinetics is the study of what the body does to a drug: its absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion. The chemical composition and formulation of drugs is the subject of pharmaceutical chemistry and pharmaceutics (pharmacy).
The other three are correct: pharmacology is the study of drugs, pharmacotherapy is treatment of disease with medicines, and pharmacodynamics is the study of what a drug does to the body, its mechanism of action.
