Who designed the city Chandigarh?
Answer: D
Le Corbusier designed it.
The Swiss-French architect took over the plan in 1951 after Matthew Nowicki's death, laid the city out in numbered sectors on a grid, and designed the Capitol Complex - the High Court, Secretariat and Assembly - himself.
