Which group invented and developed the early Internet?
Answer: B
The United States government did.
ARPANET was funded by the Advanced Research Projects Agency of the Department of Defense, and its first link was made in October 1969. The TCP/IP protocols that made it an internet were developed under the same funding in the 1970s.
