Why is the Caps Lock key referred to as a toggle key?
Answer: A
Correct answer: Because its function goes back and forth every time it is pressed
A toggle key has two states and each press switches to the other: press once and capitals are on, press again and they are off. Num Lock and Scroll Lock work the same way. The other options describe things Caps Lock cannot do, which is true of most keys and so cannot be what makes this one a toggle.
