What is the full form of LAC?

LAC stands for Language across the curriculum. It is the idea that language learning is the shared work of teachers of every subject and not only of the language teacher, because pupils learn science, mathematics and social studies through language. The approach is associated with the Bullock Report of 1975 in Britain and is taken up in India's National Curriculum Framework of 2005.
Learning across the curriculum, language across the classroom and learning across the classroom are changed forms that do not name the approach. Only the second option gives the standard expansion.
