In Roscoe Pound's scheme of interests 'Public Interest' involves :
Answer: C
Public interests involve both (A) and (B).
Roscoe Pound classified interests as individual, public and social. Public interests are the claims of the politically organised society as such, and he divided them into two: the interests of the state as a juristic person, such as its personality, property and integrity, and the interests of the state as guardian of social interests.
So each of the first two options states half of Pound's category, and 'None of the above' is wrong because both halves are his.
