The public library movement in India was helped by Sayaji Rao Gaekwad of Baroda, who started a library system in his state at the start of the twentieth century, and by S.R. Ranganathan, who drew up the Model Public Library Bill and worked for the Madras Library Act of 1948. So (i) and (iv) are correct. C.D. Deshmukh is known as a finance minister and chairman of the University Grants Commission, and S. Radhakrishnan chaired the University Education Commission, so (ii) and (iii) are not part of this movement. The answer is the third option.
