The order of the associations by year of establishment is ALA, SLA, CLA and IASLIC, so the answer is B.
The American Library Association was founded in 1876 and the Special Libraries Association in 1909. The Canadian Library Association followed in 1946, and the Indian Association of Special Libraries and Information Centres (IASLIC) in 1955.
The other options put IASLIC or CLA before the older ALA, which is not the order of their founding.
