The correct order of establishment is ALA, SLA, ASLIB and IASLIC, option C, (iii), (iv), (ii), (i). The American Library Association was founded in 1876, the Special Libraries Association in 1909, ASLIB (the Association of Special Libraries and Information Bureaux) in 1924, and IASLIC (the Indian Association of Special Libraries and Information Centres) in 1955.
Options A, B and D place ASLIB or IASLIC ahead of the American associations, or put IASLIC first, which goes against the dates. Only option C starts with the oldest body and ends with the newest.
