Answer: B
IATLIS is an association of Teachers of Library and Information Science.
The name expands as the Indian Association of Teachers of Library and Information Science. It is the professional body of LIS educators in India and works on curriculum, teaching standards and the quality of library education in university departments.
The other groups have their own bodies: special librarians are represented by IASLIC (the Indian Association of Special Libraries and Information Centres), and college and school librarians by various state and national library associations. None of them is called IATLIS, which is why the word 'Teachers' in the acronym settles the question.
