DROMBORA was developed and released by ............... .
(i) Digital Curation Center
(ii) Digital Preservation Europe
(iii) IIT-Bombay
(iv) C-DAC, Pune
Answer: C
The answer is (i) and (ii) are correct.
DRAMBORA (Digital Repository Audit Method Based on Risk Assessment), printed here as DROMBORA, is a self-audit toolkit for digital repositories. It was developed and released in 2007 jointly by the Digital Curation Centre (UK) and DigitalPreservationEurope.
IIT Bombay and C-DAC Pune are Indian institutions working in digital libraries and computing, but neither produced DRAMBORA, so options containing (iii) or (iv) are wrong.
