Koha was first written in 1999-2000 for the Horowhenua Library Trust in New Zealand, the earliest of the four. PhpMyLibrary was registered as a SourceForge project in October 2001. NewGenLib, developed by Verus Solutions of Hyderabad, appeared in 2005 and was released as open source in 2008. ABCD (Automation of Libraries and Documentation Centres, from BIREME and the Pan American Health Organization) came later still, around 2009. The PhpMyLibrary date comes from its SourceForge record; the NewGenLib and ABCD years could not be checked and are the least certain part.
Options A and D put PhpMyLibrary before Koha, or reverse the order entirely. Option C places NewGenLib before PhpMyLibrary, which the dates above do not support.
