Which one of the following statements is correct ?
Answer: B
Correct answer: Cadillac is next left to Mercedes car.
Fiat stands at one end with Ambassador three places to its right; Fargo is four to Fiat’s right and Cadillac next beyond it. Maruti must lie between Ambassador and Bedford, which fills the two remaining places near the Fiat end, and Mercedes takes the last. From left to right the line reads Fiat, Bedford, Maruti, Ambassador, Fargo, Cadillac, Mercedes.
Cadillac stands sixth and Mercedes seventh, so Cadillac is immediately to Mercedes’s left. Fargo lies between Ambassador and Cadillac rather than between Ambassador and Fiat, Fargo is to Cadillac’s left, and Maruti is not fourth right of Mercedes.
