Where can you change the vertical alignment?

Correct answer: Page Setup dialog box
Vertical alignment - whether text sits at the top of the page, in the centre, or is justified down its height - is a property of the page, and is set on the Layout tab of Page Setup. The paragraph dialog controls horizontal alignment instead.
