Which of the following tool enables you to add text to a slide without using the standard placeholders?
Answer: A
Correct answer: Text tool box
Every layout supplies placeholders for a title and body text. To put text anywhere else - a caption beside a picture, a label on a diagram - you draw a text box and type into it. The line, drawing and AutoShape tools create shapes; text can be attached to a shape afterwards, but only the text box exists purely to hold text.
